About Jane Singer

Jane Singer is Managing Director at Inside Fashion, a unique platform for the exchange of market intelligence for the global apparel and retail industry. 

 

Ms. Singer developed the Current Situation in Sourcing, a C-suite advisory service that brings together sourcing analysis, forecasting and industry consensus.

 

She also developed Consumer Lab and ASQ, consumer research platforms, which provide key insights into consumer attitudes about fashion and lifestyle.

 

Ms. Singer is a featured expert speaker at prominent trade fairs, industry events and corporate meetings around the world. 

 

Most recently, she led the company in launching FASHCON, an industry conference that brings together leaders and innovators from across the apparel supply chain.

 

She also serves as a consultant to several leading apparel and textile companies, helping them to identify new opportunities and supporting them with sales and market development.

 

Ms. Singer is a graduate of Vassar College with a degree in Economics.

 

She served two terms as chairman of the Textile Committee at American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. Prior to that she was vice chairman of the committee.
