Fashion is certainly in a need of a refresh, and it got it at the recent Taiwan Fashion Week (Oct 4-6, 2019).

The nation's designers showed collections that were both fun and sophisticated.  Designs reflected an interesting blend of East and West sensibilities that came together in creative, yet wearable collections.
